Ir. Dr. Gue Chang Shin obtained his PhD from the University of Cambridge, an MSc from Imperial College London, and a BEng from UTM. He is currently one of the Associate Director at G&P Professionals Sdn Bhd. He has been actively involved with IEM since 2013 and is currently the Chairman of the Geotechnical Engineering Technical Division (GETD) of IEM (2024/2025). He also serves as a Nominated Member of the Technical Committee (TC222) on Geotechnical BIM and Digital Twins of the International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE).
